HELP NEEDED Vogue

Verizon xv6900. This Is my first time flashing to a new rom, & I need help. I have a couple of questions to ask anyone that owns a vogue. Do I put bootloader mode.exe onto my storage card or on my phone.

And im trying to flash to NfSFAN's 6.5 Rom. But It Keeps Getting Stuck At 0%.

Do I need to unlock my phone first or what

put it in bootloader pwr+cam+reset hole then try to flash again

im in bootloader mode to keep it from restarting which rom should i go to. like a stock verizon one.

Use icoke 2.31 first to unlock the phone. Then flash the rom you want using BootLoader. I think thats what your problem is. I had the same problem because I am a N00b at this as well.

first unlock using cokeman's unlocker.

optional step:
go back to stock rom

then go into bootloader
(power+ camera+reset hole)
and flash
nfsfans 6.5

i actually used .41 unlocker and i had to update radio, use another carrier's rom, and reunlocked it to 2.31 unlocker then flashed it back to stock rom, unlocked it again, and now i have nfsfan's 6.5 and it works GREAT.
