Postings Count Amiss and More

Can anybody please explain any of the following?

1) Why has my postings count either failed to incrament, or actually decrament, as of lately?

2) Why does the search engine patently not work sometimes such as when searching for numerical content e.g. "Topix 3.1"?

3) Why is the site extremely slow to access a lot of the time just lately - are the servers still having problems?

Sorry if any of these points have been covered in other threads but its very frustrating.

1. No, you've only had 1 post deleted as part of a thread clear up.
2. That's vBulletin searches for you ;).
3. The server's do struggle from time to time still.
