how come android won't work on my phone. i downloaded...

and nothing happened, i tried to boot it up, and nothing happened, just said "data.img needed" i'm using an 8 gb card with about 1 gig of music.
i also tried to boot it up via the storage card. said "storagecard2/default.txt could not be found. in haret.exe.
