P3450 - Hard Reset won't work. help please.

Hello everyone!
i've recently got a new Elf, and after installing my MUI, the windows performed a soft reset, and after it did, the blue windows mobile "Loading" screen appears, and than it turns to the green "Windows mobile" screen (those whice appear while loading) and than it gets stucked.

i tried to performe a hard reset, and i've seen videos of howto, and i spoke with a HTC lab in my country, and they all told me the same - Hard reset.

i pushed TALK+END and than pushed in and out the Stylus, it does resets itself but the first thing i see on the screen is the blue windows mobile loading screen.
it like it skips the boot level (which can't be, since windows lauched).

so what can i do?
is there anyway to reinstall windows mobile without a need to connect the Elf to the PC using ActiveSync?

release the end and call button only after u push n release the soft reset button.

STILL A PROBLEM

take it to the dealer you should be having warranty.. dont spoil it.. he he..

it still doesn't work, and i have no warranty since no one salesw this model in Israel.

any other suggestion?

BTW, when i press Talk+End, and than reset and before release the reset Enter, it shows a blue empty screen, and than it shows the Blue loading screen.
