The ROM include the 3D Drivers from the Htc HERO and Htc Tatoo.

Firstly, thanks dude to take this further. But, there are few questions that I will put forth this way:

1. Dont want to know the release date as work progresses we find bugs and patches! so tell me how good it will be than those released earlier.

2. A good list of functionality. wifi was already working but had many problems. such as sometimes disconnects, or doesn't work with specific APs. (in my case linksys WAG200G).

3. Bluetooth

4. Camera working but had problems: no proper resolution, color or clarity.

5. Slow or sometimes crashes.

6. finally, Polaris means will it be for POLA100 or POLA200 or both!!! this is main as POLA200 is a better hardware than POLA100 whereas I have noticed there are many owners of POLA100.

These are few things that came into my mind and forced me to switch over to WM6.5. I would prefer using Android on my phone.

when I took my Touch Cruise, 3D was not working I mean it was not provided by HTC but now thanks to the developers, 3D is successfully ported into this hardware though memory is less but we can see some functionality.

I would love to see a good working and stable Android instead of too many tweaks and customization for specific hardware (unless it is required).

One more thing: you mentioned ROM! does that mean no more HaRet ???????? Please confirm on this, as ROM means it should be better than running from HaRet (speedy boot, better hardware control)

I don't understand why u continue to refeer to this as ROM...
AFAICS this is not a ROM, only one of the hundreds of bundle u can find over the net or u can compose by yourself combining the correct basefiles and default.txt with system (SQSH or IMG) files.

Calling this a ROM u only make confusion in ppls who haven't still understand that it's not (still) possible to flash a Polaris (or other non-android device) with an Android ROM...

So I ask to the owner of the post (or to the admins) to change the title of the post to avoid confusion or thousand-asked questions.
