Help for changing rom

Ok. so right now i currently have windows mobile 6.5 from rogers. i have the rogers htc s621

my phone is sim unlocked
my phone is application unlocked

whenever i try to change my rom to any modified rom, ANY... it gets to three percent when it is copying the image, then the screen goes black on my phone and the application on the computer says the image is corrupt. does anyone know how i can go about installing a different rom?

any help much appreciated and thanks in advance :)

Remember to remove your SD card while you flash;) and application unlock everytime you flash. Hope that helps:D
