set smartphone to dutch keyboard

Hi all,

i've flashed my excalibur to 3VO.2.80.0925 and I'm trying to get my keyboardlayout to dutch.

I've followed this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=576175

I've got the T9 working in Word and notepad, but in the main window of the phone (like whem I'm dialing for a name or numbre), it stays in qwerty.

can somebody explain me how I can solve this problem?
