now my phone only goes to recover mode?!? unbelievable

ugh... if its not one thing its another.. jeez man! now i am stuck on the recovery menu that asks to press 0 to erase.. x to cancel.. i cant go to bootloader, the pc (vista) says usb unrecognized.. the phone wont boot normal.. what is up with this now?? i cant even power it on.. only recovery mode works..please help

thanks for the reply, but that doesnt work.. =-(.. it would if the pc would find the universal. Its "usb unrecognized" on vista and windows 7.. Im sure it will be the same on xp.. anyone??

nevermind guys.. i finally fixed it based on the orb300's response.. thanks so much.. I just need to get cingular 3g (Us) working on this.. for some reason i only get gprs

Have a look on your device model, if it´s one from Europe it will never work on North America 3G networks, I´m on that case:(

man that sucks SOOOOOO bad... I have an I-mate JasJar. I saw advanced config in Tomals Latest 6.5 rom with the option to turn utms to 1900mhz.. will that work???

Well the best thing will be to give it a shot... as i'm outside Us.. and many others are , it will be quick to give it a shot rather than anyone from US confirming it,..

If you have that band enabled perhaps your Uni is an american branded, if so you´ll have 3G!!
If not, welcome to the club:p

Anyway without 3G Uni is a great piece of work!
