SO, I recently got a Uni and flashed it with the tmo uk custom rom (UNI_TMO_20041_200147_11700_D3DM_WIFI_SDHC_WWE_Shi p.zip). I wanted to add IIWPO to it, check up on how to do it (and success stories/directions) and decided to add some other stuff while I was in there.
Now, I unlocked it with Buzz's tool, added the cabs of the files I wanted restored on a hard reset, and edited the config.txt file in the ext rom.
I hard reset, setup the screen, and watch the "customization" go throught the whole config.txt file, including all my "customizations", but none of the programs that I added to the ext rom are installed on the device when it reboots.
I had a problem with a filename holding up the "customization" and got that sorted out. Now it will run through the whole config.txt, without those programs being installed after soft reset. Here is my config.txt file, please help!
