Hi I am new in Htc Field I want to Flash Htc Touch Cruise P3650 to Put Portugese Language in it. Can someone describe me the whole Process of Upgrading ROM and HardSPL or any other details about Flashing Cruise?
Also tell me some more instructions:!!
