Hi Guys!

everytime I flash my vogue with a non standard rom it freezes at bootup...

if I flash it with a stock bell rom .... it's working fine..

any Ideas?

You need to "unlock" the phone first by flashing Coke 2.31

Then you can flash custom ROM's as often as you like.

did the same in XP and bang!! all is good!

Just for future referance you can also flash from your memory card too. In fact some do recommend this method over Activesync.
