Has anyone ever tried this on our devices?

If so please post what happened, whether successful or not..
According to what I've read all that is needed is a Processor that is compatible with USB-Host features (which the OMAP850 is apparently capable of) and an injected power supply if your battery cannot supply 5v (as our batteries only output 3.7v)
I'd test it myself but I dont have a means of injecting 5v yet.. apparently one may use a "Y" cable that some external 2.5" drives are supplied with

Looks interesting.. I need some free time to go out and buy some usb's and build.. but I had a "Y" cable and a 220v to USB adaptor that I planned to use, which should do the trick.. I've found the adaptor, just cant find the cable..
Any way good luck with the build.. Let us know if it works :D
And please be careful Wapvirus :).. You're very brave to try this when you've just got your new device ;) TEST Volts and Amps thoroughly before testing on device :D
