xv6900 Wont connect via bluetooth

Hey all,
I dont know if this has been asked yet or not but how can i connect my phone to my laptop through bluetooth, i already have a receiver but i cant get windows mobile device center to pick it up even though it already has a USB connection partnership. Anyone have any solutions to get it to work via bluetooth?

Other details:
My OS is Windows 7 home premium and i use Bluesoleil with my usb bluetooth adapter.

yes you can i did with WM and vista for internet sharing via bluetooth PAN, so it should work with WIN7. i dont remember how to do it :o(using strictly linux)
