Thanks dioxda. I found an innacceptable bug in this build, but now is fixed. I will upload the version right now.
PS: After bux fixed free ram is about 30MB with SD and Titanium Plugin.

Install proper drivers for vista/win7 and select vista in my installer. Find more on "Prophet Upgrade" from my signiature...

I can´t write three numbers in the specific IP address of network cards, for example: 165.178.3.5, this is imposible, only I can write two numbers (16.17.3.5), Is this normal? It is a problem for me. Thanks. For the rest the rom is perfect.

Is there a way to load the camera driver without actually starting the camera application? I want to use a third party application that accesses the camera. Currently it crashes when I try to use the feature, because the driver is not loaded, I assume.

Looks great, I am stuck on a ROM where 'X' really closes the running program since going through the task manager each time is a great hassle. Does 'X' close programs in this ROM or does it minimize the programs to tray? If not, I'm waiting for a version where that happens. It would make life so much easier. :p

The program that closes the apps by the x button is called Showcase Suite.. it can be customised by changing some registry settings to disable it.. currently its set to:

Close on normal tap of X
Minimize on holding on X
Startmenu on normal tap of Windows Button
Showcase taskmanager on holding on Windows Button..

If you dont like these features, disable them in the registry
Search the forum for the Showcase Suite thread to see how to customize it

Or disable it completely by removing its shortcut from the \Windows\Startup folder

Possibly a tab is enabled that cannot read from the required components... I had that problem a while back in a 6.1 ROM that I tried adding extra tabs to... try using M2DC to disable all the tabs except: Clock, SMS, Email, & Programs.. These are the basics and if I remember correctly M2D needed at least 4 tabs enabled.. If those are successful then try enabling the other tabs one at a time

What do you mean Finger Keyboard don't work? You try to activate it and don't pop up? Keyboard in wm6.5 is selected by pressing few seconds on the keyboard icon from bottom taskbar.

After that, I installed a brand new one from here:

result = ram falls down to 17MB with full tabs..... :(

conclusion : for fun is OK, but for business use is...... not so secure... :(

I also have win7 and no problems until now. When appear this error? This error is typical for upgrading your device without select vista checkbox.

I compared file size of exe from posted screenshoot, and for sure you don't select vista checkbox!

Very nice ROM, working good, I tweaked some things but I had a few questions:

1. I still have the Internet Explorer-bug. It seems to load the page, but I won't display it.
I use Opera, but I like to have IE working too. Anyone know how to fix this ?

2. I disabled Showcase by deleting the StartUp-key. But I would like to remove it completely.

3. Bluetooth-menu bug is still not solved. When clicking the "OK" button in the Bluetooth File Sharing Folder-box, nothing happens...

If you would be able to get these things working, it would be the best ROM I've ever tried.

Yes, with a fixed IE, this is one of the best ROM's for the Prophet I've seen.

The only things that would make it perfect:

- ROM without Showcase Suite, or an option to remove it (completely).
- BT-FTP File Sharing "OK" button fix.
- Stable camera-shortcut.

For all the above things, there's a workaround, so I don't really care, but it would just be fantastic if they would be fixed.

Workarounds:

- Delete Showcase-shortcut in /Windows/StartUp
- Use the hardware "OK" button.
- Reboot your Prophet.

As stated above, reboot your Prophet. This will fix it for a while, however it seems to return.
So you'll have to reboot your Prophet regulary to keep this working.

@Bikertibi: are you going to release a Blue and a Clean version too ?

Rom is the best I've tested, bugs are minimal and can be solved.
Just need to know what's going to take on. Bikertibi makes one every 3 days:D

just i have 2 questions !

* In the title you said that it's WM 6.5.3, but after flashing the ROM, it still shows 6.5.0 in the splash screen !!!

* I've heard that ROMs posted in xda developers comunity musn't include what we called (warez apps) such as core player and resco explorer, any way the ROM must not include cracked apps or apps that requires serial number

what i saw in your ROMs is they all contains a cracked app which is Panoramic calc pro

so !!! is that app is listed as a warez app or what ?

Bikertibi is a very kind person, spending much time and effort to upload his many ROM builds. Please do not make personal attacks by saying "your cooked ROM".

If you have a request to make, please use polite words and ask nicely. Each person has his/her own preference of a "better" ROM.

Anyway, to use Advanced Config to disable the Threaded SMS feature of WM6.1/6.5 builds, it's found under the "Messaging" section of the program.

If you wish to do this manually, in your registry editor, navigate to:
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Setting s\OEM\"
Under the registry key, create a new DWORD value with value name as SMSInboxThreadingDisabled and set it value data to 1. (then restart your phone)

And yes, please search the xda-developers forum before posting.

upgraded to WM6.5.3 Build 28014 WWE bikertibi edition using WM6.5.3_28014_bikertibi_clean.rar. With all the precautions (like full battery, no other programs running etc. etc. It went successfully. had used Prophet_Upgrade.exe in the package for the upgrade.
HardSPL was done during the process. I disconnected and used the phone for some time except for some SMS issue everything seemed to be running properly.

Then I wanted to try WM6.5.3_28014_bikertibi_ultraclean.rar package. So I replaced the nk.nbf from this package in the directory and ran the Prophet_Upgrade.exe.
The flash upgrade went normally, the progress bar went to 100% the device restarted. But then it would come back to the three color screen. I tried the softreset and hard reset, every time it comes back to the three color screen.
I tried flashing the same image as well as the clean image, but both will proceed normally, but after restart goes to the three color screen.
What can I try now to get the phone back to normal?

We can reflash during the bootloader (3colour) screen. Try the same ultraclean. If fail reflash with the previous 28014 clean. Goodluck, Bro.

Replace .mui files with german version. Camera drivers can be load from start using a cab posted by babak0000 in one of his post.

At the moment, there's only a temporary solution: reboot your Prophet.

WPA2 module caused this problems... Is not compatible with wm6.5

I have this problem with almosta ALL ROMs. However if you keep trying you will succeed. Last time, when I upgraded to 23504 it took me two days xD

Please hardSPL your devices until upgrade a new rom!!! Never flash a modifyed rom from 3 colors because never work!! Use NVID rom to rfecover first!

though 2 questions:
1. Is there some way to get the WIFI WPA2 encrypted network connected?
2. im not sure why, but everytime when i reboot (or turn off and on) my HTC prophet (orignally Orange M600) my timezone keeps switching back to +1 central afrika (which also screws up my agenda by one hour).

Well At least I am not the only one.....

I did have wpa2 working with this rom but now I don't seem to be able to use it anymore.
The ssid is still visible but I can not connect to it anymore because wpa2 is not in the option list anymore I suppose.

What did I do wrong?????

First time I noticed I turned the phone on from sleep and it did not connect to my wifi which it did before automaticly.
I was able to make it work by going to the network cards page. But now there is no way to make it connect again.

I hate to be a whiner, but this might be a bug. Then again probably not otherwise more ppl would have said something about this.


p.s. no timezone weirdness for me... and I did see that mentioned somewhere else in this forum I think but I do not recall more.

As told earlier, the camera of my vevice didn't work neither on WM5, nor on WM6.5. The installion of WM6.1 by Corand solving it but not stable as system. But this version of OS has appeared stable and the camera perfectly functions in this light version. The small problem with contacts, is necessary to write manually, may be to installed Sim manager?
