ok so after a while of using this rom here's my advice:
1. if you want to flash this rom remember it's NOT for daily use!
2. use MTTY
3. the ROM needs tweaking, there isn't enough RAM even to launch album!

anyway, I have to say this rom is fast relatively speaken, but again... the RAM
I love the new HTC Sense (also needs some fixes)
the animations (in photo tab, music tab when landscape) are surprisely fast!

1 possible bug I found: in music tab when pressing play/pause or next/back there is a white box instead of the button, but working...

I remember thinking WM 6.5 would never run nicely on my diamond, but a few months later rocking 6.5.1 with only occasional hiccup! A lot can change! RAM seems to be an issue with most ROMs but xda has taught me there are tons of talented people on xda!

A couple bugs to report:
- When I click on the animated wallpaper, it flashes and stay at same screen.
- Camera screen sometimes go totally blank. You can still clock on the screen and the stuff below it will start to appear.
- In weather tab and tweeter tab, the "Update Now" text are cut off.
- When the notification of available WiFi network comes up, the list is always blank.
- In the notification screen, the "Multiple Network Detected" label also contains some garbage html tag "<td ...."
- In the weather tab, the Partly Sunny/Cloudy weather makes the screen flashes.
- Opera 10 cannot render some webpages (webpages display nothing)
- Battery drain. Not sure what it was doing. I lost about 70% battery within 3 hours. UPDATE: found that sometimes the display will not dim or turn off automatically.
- In many applications, the instruction text do not display. e.g. Windows Mobile Marketplace, Microsoft My Phone

- Not really a bug, but the 3 wifi taskbar icons (available wifi found, wifi not connected, wifi connected) are all the same, which is a bit confusing.

By the way, is Windows mobile marketplace included?

For me I changed the Theme to Classic Blue

Texting with phone keypad sometimes inputs numbers instead of letters, and it's totally random as to when it will happen.

Clicking New Voicemail, it beeps, and does nothing, bringing me back to the home screen.

Update weather - reboots the HTC Sense.

hi, you have to use mtty a little dificult some times or install a stock rom first them install this rom and finaly make a hard reset and you are ready to use it

the rom is good but i am having a problem setting up my gprs settings. there is no where i can set up the custom gprs since my country and provider is not in the list of data connection providers.

default behaviour of wm 6.5 or perhaps 6.1 aswell. u have to manually hide sim contacts. some Roms comes with that tweak thats why u didnt get that before

Appreciate your effort in developing this bful rom, its a path break for many developers to include HTC SENSE, i used it but thn i have few queries

I know its the diamond memory limitation the biggest downside but to save a few more Mbs in memory is it possbile is:-

1) Cook HTC SENSE in a basis ROM without any tweaks
2) basic( Default) taskbar as the taskbar included in this rom may hog up few Mbs in memory

few of the features were not working
1) turn facedown for speaker on
2) ringing mute when phone pick up

Once again i thank you for this ROm, appreciate your effort and time dedicated. KEEP IT UPPPPPP

i've the same problem! i really love the rom really love it! great work! but the problem is anoying me.

and if someone called me, and i've seen it it goes away (normaly) and if i look on a later time who had called me it doen't show anything it's compleetly blank!

Really one of the best ROM's I installed so far.


But is it possible to remove some extras of this nice ROM such as:

- Remove most of the themes (1 is sufficient)
- Remove Chrome and Plugins
- Remove extended taskbar
- Remove extra Applications (xda-shutdown)
- Remove Opera (it's uses to much memory we don't have)

And i have also issues with:

- Opening emails
- Empty notifications
- Restarting Sense after changing weather tab (sometimes)
- In weather tab, the Partly Sunny/Cloudy weather makes the screen flashes

cannot agree more. considering the fact that he's been using the latest windows os and build (togehter with the latest HTC Sense), it's amazing that rom is still functional for daily use.

He is a very brave chef indeed (many Diamond chefs have given up on new windows and are still sticking to 6.1 - which really boring compared to 6.5.3 - or they have returned to manila 2.1 , which . compared to Sense, is not cool at all).

and I just LOVE the theme and presentation (icons, setting, background ...).

I hope he doesn't give up and comes up with a less packed rom (at least put opera and googlemaps aside, we can easily install them on internal storage and save lots of storage memory).

I have tried this rom at last night. It is correct that this rom version is slower than the original (1.93.479.3)?

I found it a little bit slower anyway.

My other problem, that after the flashing the activesync is no more already. I can the mobile to explore throuh it, but syncronisation is no possible more.:( So some progs what needet the activesync don't run, becouse the sync connection is missing...:(

What is the problem? After the flashing was already fine with it.

My Touch diamond orig (eeu), maybe this would be the problem?

I would like to congratulate very much for the very hard work you done, it is perfect lovely ROM, some ROMs do not reach this level of performance after several relase. Are you going to carry on further update and new relase for your ROM, or you will discontinue.

Yes, I did try it, it is really very very lite, you should go back and flash your diamond with this lovely lite ROM (http://www.mediafire.com/?jjizymz1no2),

I can not explain enough how much lovely is, I did try all the release of EnergyROM including 4 Dec., there is no comparison between WM6.5.3 and EnergyROM, I advise all of you to try, definitely you will never free sorry for using this new release of WM6.5.3 it has 22MB free in Program and 75MB in Storage

I try too it's fantastic. resolved problem with weather and htc sense.
I have only little problem, i dont known how configure titanium weather i have this error " there is no application associated with Titaniumweather.Run the application first, the open this file from within the application.

There is no button, you must combine, the button reset and all at once the big central round button and the button low volume

and after on screen vol up to hard reset
