[ROM][WM6.5][21882][WWE-GER][UC] Clean ROM v2.0 ***27.11.2009***

Hallo

I like to have Space and speed in my Diamond and that is why i cook my own clean ROM.

For Now It is in WWE to test and wenn every thing will be perfect there will be a GER one

Clean ROM:
- NO MANILA (i hate it)
- NO TITANIUM ( i hate it too :D)(completely removed)
- Removed some other MS Scrape and useless stuff
- UC using RUNCC (use sdconfig.txt)
- Long Battery life
- PP= 12MB
- Free RAM ~61MB
- Free Space ~ 112MB

It has the OLD WM UI (i.e every thing works fine, no bugs related to the new WM UI)

very stable and it is flying!!!!



BUGS:

- non yet!


I cooked it for me and like to share it with u, so if u like give it a try on UR OWN RISK.

Please remember: it is only for test purpose. i.e. install - test it - delete it - kill ur Diamond and go back to WM6.1 :D

sdconfig.txt should be in the root for ur Internal Storage (4GB) and the content must be like following (just as example):

CAB: \Internal Storage\FOLDERNAME\APPNAME.cab

i've flashed a clean rom same as ur rom but it was without the "x" "ok" button in the top bar and i couldn't fix it
then i flashed your rom .. :)

Sometimes you have to install the QuickGps cab but before you can update you have to run internet first, after running QuickGPS can be updated.

But in the right corner of top bar there is mixed time together with shortcut of some task manager - i.e. they fade into one another. I think this is WKTask (I am not sure). Therefore you are kindly asked to give me an advice how to remove either time or the mentioned shortcut. Thank you in advance.

Just easy... try this:

Go to Start\Settings\System and tap Task Manger

in the settings of "BUTTONS" just uncheck "Show on the Today..."

-Key Lock's settings don't work, only power button turns the phone back on.
-voice command needed me to reinstall the cab before the BT headset's button worked again
-Found no way in the gui where I can choose which keyboard to use, needed registry editor to pop up the menu to allow me to choose: LM\Software\HTC\ezip\BioToShowMenu set to 1

Key Lock problem solved, but it needed registry change:
hkey_current_user\controlPanel\Keybd and change DefaultKeyLock = 0
then soft reset

Try to instal Ezinput 1.5, but i am not sure if it will work properly so first backup ur data may be u will have to make a hard reset!!!

i'm having major problems with ram sweeper.. the bar gets stuck at ROUND 60% and also im not able to edit the ramsweeper.txt cos it's read only?

was playing around to get my quickgps to work...guess I messed up some registry settings and now my tomtom can't find the gps...
Suspecting it's something inside:

Can someone using this rom be so kind to extract that information for me...
I don't really want to hard reset....again...
