Hello Everyone!
I got a diamond recently, and it stops at the Touch diamond screen, no OS and radio info. it hasn't got hardspl, it says on the bootloader: SPL-1.93.0000
I can't flash ROMs or hardSPLs because I can only go into the bootloader. is there anything I can do? Is there any way to flash unsigned HardSPL when I'm on the bootloader screen?

I solved it!
Anyway I wrote down to help anybody who fell in this trap too:
So first, this is good if you flashed back your stock HardSPL and the device won't boot!
First: I hunted for my stock firmware because htc.com europe section said I cannot download with my S/N. I've figured out that my phone is from one of the ASIAN country, so I started to try my serial in all asian contry specific pages on htc.com. I've found this is the stock ROM for my phone:

this ROM is especially for the hungarians who bought the diamond in speedshop, with 1.37.405.1 WWE shipped rom!!!!
just go to bootloader, flash this rom, and VOILÁ you've got a recently shipped diamond ;) now you can start again with flashing the hacked HardSPLs around here, and flash cooked roms etc...
