Thought I'd post this for people that can't bare to lose their 4 Gigs worth on the phone

Just make a backup image of the Internal storage in USB drive mode,
Wipe the Nand and Storage (Hold Volume down and Action Button whilst pressing the reset for these options)
Flash your Fave rom then restore the image.
Yes it's time consuming but you keep your data.
