Hi there
I've finally got a working diamond 2.
I thought I'd upgrade to the latest ROM and see how I got on with that before trying any cooked ROMS.
I d/l'd the latest official ROM from HTC website and tried to flash the phone but it kept giving me error [270]. I was starting to get worried as I haven't installed hardSPL yet (you don't need this for official ROM's I believe). I donwloaded the older ROM and that installed ok (thankfully).
Why didn't the latest ROM work?
What should I do to get this working? I am probably going to try a custom ROM at some point so I will install hardSPL (what is the latest version of this?) will this make the wm6.5 rom work?
any help much appreciated.
