Actually I have tried all functions ~~ it was perfect and it run fast and smooth only as said when using some application the rom don't have much space left however normally it is around 78-80% free

Did you enable Sense from the Settings Menu? As per the the changelog on the First Page Sense isn't enabled by default.

I haven't had this issue yet but you could try something. Go to the Dialer then have someone call you and see wheather that fixes the problem.

When taking a picture the Gsensor does it's work, so no more portrait and landscape mix ups, but when in album, when selecting a pic (to enlarge) it's placed slightly out centered (just a minor thingy :) )

Nevertheless, the ram usage is too high for me and though this rom is very complete, the remaining program capacity is not enough for my needs, but off course that's personal.

Thanks for trying the ROM and leaving feedback. As for not enough Main Storage space. That's excactly the reason why I made some things un-installable, that's something that most other Chefs overlook is giving users a choice as to what they want and what not. ;)

Yes the Taskbar can be uninstalled, and the icons can be replaced with the ones you want in the Windows folder.

hahaha today is my bad day.. im saying the rilphone u r using is the worst iv used and it happens to few more ppl, strangly ur not affected by it, iv used it 3 4 times and when ever i use radio 1.15 with this rilphone it happens, before i was changing radios, but now im happily using 1.15 with other rilphone. and no i have no issues with battery life with or without manila

Suggestion : Is it possible that you can add "ROM Update Tool" like Kisja and include others softwares in the list of check so we can download ourselves whatever is required to make the ROM and RAM memory more free. I like your ROM but once in a while it comes to a situtaion when i cant open any application and have to run CleanRam before i use anything.

Amazing rom, really fast and stable (i don't like to much icon style but it's my opinion).
I suggest to use battery numeric task, i think it's definitly better.

I've also tried to install htc sense unlocker, but no way to have it with sense in this rom any suggest?

Its normal for RAM to "shoot up" since HTC Sense 2.5 uses a considerable amount of RAM. You can apply skins so long as they are compatible with this version of Sense.

i encountered the same problem too. it happens after you do a level 3 ram cleanup using the cleanRAM program. a simple soft-reset solves the problem. :)

Seems like Level 3 of cleanRAM kills phcanvga which is why the incomming call screen does'nt show correctly. I suggest adding it to the exceptions list.

Greate ROM you have here. The only "issue" I have seen is that HTC Messages hangs some times, and the cursor when writting is half away under prev. messages. Probably just my phone :)

Otherwise it is just too bad that Sense 2.5 is so heavy :D

i also have occasional problems with HTC messaging but by installing the cab below you can essentially force the phone to revert back to the original messaging.

I have had to disable sense 2.5 which is a little gutting but i was getting an error message (cant remember what it was but along the lines of a problems was encountered while installing....) i then need to do an image restore. I am guessing the advice to me would be to try MTTY but seeing as i have only just over 1 month left on my contract i am tempted to just accept it as it is. Guess the only real question is which ROM to choose next???

Thanks been using the sense for 2 days now it seems fine and good enough for everyday use, not much or a ram hogger. But I am having problems with java apps. I have installed a divx player as well as a game(i get java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError) both dont work, also cant seem to find a quick launch to run them. i have to launch the installer and then cancel to reach to a screen from where I can start them.

Any idea whats wrong?

(Truth is I have tried all HTC Diamond Rom from Xda-developers which is WM6.5.3 with Sense 2.5 )
Even I am from Hong Kong

All functions is good ~~~
Sure as Usual the little problem is ROM usuage but I am OK as I decide to use the WM 6.5.3 with sense 2.5 I know it's the Facts~~~

Umm I don't know whether this is only me or not but everytime the ROM gets installed the customization usually gets stuck for like 5-6 minutes even though the customization does get over when the phone boots up it behaves weird like Sense won't load and when i soft reset i get a message with a black background saying that the ROM was not installed correctly and I should press the "SEND" key to correct it. :S So can someone please help me out.!

And before anyone tells me to, I did hard-reset twice.!


Ok now only Titanium will load HTC sense says it is unable to load.. What am I supposed to do :S

But I have to say the speed of this ROM is simply amazing, even with all the visual tweaks Sense 2.5 runs like a dream...mine is so much slower..I have so much work to do :o if you feel like giving out any secrets I'd be happy to listen :p

I have used this ROM and so have the others and we didnt face that issue so i would advise you to do MTTY and flash the ROM again

PS - dont use your computer while flashing the ROM...let it flash properly.

it ran thru costumization, rebooted without errors but still no sense runnin.

i gave it another soft-reset and a second hard-reset.

Titanum is working perfect but can't get sense loaded.

Is this ROM signed by olinex? If isnt, could you post me a link to Hard SPL, which I should install to my Diamond in order to be able install this ROM? Now I have SPL 2.03, I heard, that there is not possible to install Hard SPL with this version of SPL, is it true? Thanks for answer, I like this ROM and I wish I could have it in my device :-)

I have some questions concerning the keyboard, I searched in the forum, but didn't found an answer: How can I change the keyboard to the compact phone keyboard like in the original diamond rom?
And how can I change to german T9?

Are there any WM6.5 language packs or custom keyboards?

MrDiamond,WWE means World Wide English and I don't think that you can install language packs after the installation,they must be cooked into the rom.However you can try KisjaSun 1.2,it also has german.
Anyway,this rom is fantastic,although the first time I had it installed I didn't like it because it was laggy and slow!Then there came the knowledge about PagePool to my head(as I'm new to the whole cooked rom thing I had no idea what pagepool is and still don't know what it exactly is)!I ran pagepool changer and changed it to 12mb,then retried installing the rom.The result is way cool if we overlook the free ram issue that Diamonds with WinMo 6.5 face.

i had the same problem and i solved it by installing s2u2. with s2u2 i have had no unlocking problems so far.

I thought I had the same problem, but before your re-flash your device, try pressing down on the unlock button for a few seconds before sliding it- it should work. Then feel free to change the locker to something else :)

Hey guys, I just found this ROM, and I would really like to flash it on my diamond, but I don't know how. My diamond still has the stock rom (1.93) and I have no idea how to flash a new one. It's a GSM one with a sim-card. Sorry for asking but i've searched a lot and found some guides but I still dont understand because it seemes like every rom has different radio/boot thing etc. So , help please???

OK, have unlocked the phone but the lock program doesnt appear in the Remove Programs pane - how can I remove it please?

EDIT - Just noticed previous post, cheers for that.

But its not over yet - when I try and copy anything to the internal storage the PC reboots (WinXP) and in Ubuntu I just get a read/write error.

Any thoughts please?

EDIT - OK, all sorted now, if anyone else has the same problem using Win Vista connect as a disk drive and then right click on the drive letter, click "Format" and set as Fat32 and uncheck "Quick Format". This will erase any files on your internal storage but fixed my problem. My only other question is how I can fix the clock - I would like to change it to the one in the screenshots, plus the wallpaper too if possible. Thx.
