i ve a HTC diamond, and while flashing it stops working


===> dark display, softreset not working, hardrest not working

what shall i do to get it working againg ?

Hi, you can try and take a look at my signature below, there you can find a link to a guide to restore your Diamond.
If you can't get into bootloader, then your Diamond is bricked.

but the HTC diamond seems to be dead

also a hard reset does not show a function, the screen remains dark, batt is ok

This sounds like the flashing of HardSPL failed. Right?

Unforunately, when the flashing of HardSPL failed there is nothing you can do.
You now have a brick.

When you reset your Diamond and hold Volume down + Back (top right) buttons or Volume down + Circle buttons is there anything displayed?

Please tell us exactly what you did to flash the HardSPL, so maybe others can avoid errors.
