Mandarin Chinese

I have just bought a Diamond 2 in HK with Cantonese language.

To convert it to mainland Chinese (Mandarin) I assume I need a new rom

Is this correct?

If so - anyone know where to find one?

Sorry for such basic questions but trying to read any Chinese forum posts is impossible :)
