plz someone tell me how to remove this bug when i cook a new rom..
it persist even in new build?
i tried autoscrollfix.cab but no hope,

Use the touch.dll from an older Elfin rom (i.e. one from the 2.xx ROM series).

One of these Roms (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2046292&postcount=3) will do for you.
For example the 2.27.80.1 Rom(http://rapidshare.com/files/132741304/orange_wwe_2.27.80.1_os_dump.nbh.zip.html)
