True, I checked, backlight.exe is located in \Windows Directory but not executing due to compatibilty issue with build 28205. I am working over it and will get back to you.

Kindly download and Install the Attached CAB file, then you may access backlight.exe from "Windows" Folder to adjust brightness etc.

I shall permanently apply this patch in ROM by tomorrow.

The Kitchen I used is for both ELF & ELFin. I do not have ELFin device to test on, as far as i know, ELF ROMs work fine on ELFin.

You may try it and do not forget to acknowledge please.

I have tried it on SPL 3.14, it works fine on it. Today i shall be uploading ROM with Additional WiFi Settings, hope it will fix your problem.

Are you trying it on ELF or ELFin? Power button is working fine with me.

Camera drivers are not loaded by default to save memory. There is an icon in Start menu by the name of LoadCamera, you may use it. I am automating this camera drivers load process and shall be fixed in today's ROM.

You can not enable WiFi with ActiveSync or USB Cable connected to your Device. Try after removing USB Cable, the WiFi option becomes available. It is default feature of Built 28205.

Found the cause of Power Off Button problem :) shall be fixed in 21st Feb 2010 release.

It is playful for me to push things around ;-) so i never try the builds with bottom start button. Can u build a lite ROM with build 21889? and include Manila 2D flipping clock in a seperate ROM too? Still power botton not working both versions. Power off message shown up when long pressed device but it momentarily turned off and turn on by itself again.:confused:

- There is only one input method (Touch Input). Please include Phone Keypad as that is the most comfortable one

- Also include Office 2010 mobile full suite (currently office 6.1)

Your ROMS seems to look, which we can bank on ;). As the runmors of build 28205 were not appreciated by many chefs of 6.5.x builds :confused:. Although it is one of the fastest one made by MS.
But will give it a try after 24th feb 10, when you will make some tweaks in ROM. Hope it will be more than what i'm using right now :rolleyes:

There are some incompatibilities with the newer builds of WM6.5(those which have bottom taskbar)
As an example - i installed pocketmusic bundle in your ROM and after installation it asks us to "Select the interface language" and gives a drop-down box. but i cant go ahead from here as i cant click the OK button which is supposed to appear on top right in older builds. Because in this case the Ok button doesnt appear on bottom taskbar too!!

Do confirm both problems. However volume botton on side of device works both for phone and device volume. For calculator I'm using HP Calculator which is suite with my work.
Keep it up with your perfect ROM and with M2D. ;)

Found the problem with volumn icon in taskbar, shall be fixed in next release.

The HTC Task manager is not compatible with Windows Mobile 6.5.3, I have done some registry tweaks to keep it running on this version but the "Drop Menu" feature of Task Manager shall not be possible.

Sorry i could not understand what you are mentioning about Album V3 and how to access it on Today Screen.

Volumn icon problem shall be fixed in next version.

Booting is fine with me.. it does not take more than 15 min after first flash and later it boots in approx 1 min. (still i'll look into the matter for improve performance.)

still ultimate version take more time than premium and basic because more applications means more load :) ultimate version is much loaded with custom applications and adding M2D will add more load on it. I am trying to make a runable version with M2D.

Dear, ROM is SDAutoRun Compatible, you may install any CAB as u need. Here is the procedure of how to use this feature:

Please think on this.. Miky/Onyx they are using this for their basic versions so we are very much used to it.

Last But not LEAST, please see that menu size be reduced so as more items can be seen in popup menu.. donot reduce font size but include the different tsk's

Dear, I have noted down your suggestions and shall try to do max possible.

The ROM is SDAutoRun compatible. Kindly use Customization Wizard: http://htc.c4cupid.com/wizard.aspx to install above mentioned applications automatically on every hard rest. The Total Commander provided on Customization Wizard is latest one.

The core idea of keeping basic rom is as clean as possible for users who want their own customization, as applications onces cooked in ROM can not be uninstalled but if need be can be installed later manually or SDAutoRun.

as mentioned by yogeesharma, those apps are bare essentials and i dont think anyone uses phone without them, so please integrate them into Basic.
As an alternative to psShutXP, you can consider Slide2Shutdown. No one has so far integrated it into ROM, if u do so then it will make your ROM unique.

2) As mentioned by others, camera not working. Giving error of "Drivers/Builtin/camera. Error: rc=110". Clicking on the s/w "unload camera doesn't work.
3) fonts are small.
4) Back button in menu not working.

Dear Alper, you may try latest version, hope it works for u, still if problem persists, try this:

Start > Settings > Personal > Button

Select Button1
Assign Program: "Camera"

Press Ok and you are good to go.

Dear, i really did not understand you, but if u try the latest version 1.5, i have changed Album Program in it and hopefully it shall fix your problem.

Camera, to save some memory, Camera Drivers are not loaded to Memory by default, by which we are saving almost 4MB of RAM. When u try to access camera, the drivers are loaded on Run and fail to load if there is not enough RAM available, then you get such error messages.

1. I have crosschecked all files on mediafire.com and they are working fine. (Yes, earlier there was some problem, which i have fixed. Wait, as i shall be uploading 1.6 today, you may try that. :rolleyes:)

2. Frankly, i could not get what you wanted to say here, but Framework, Google Locations, Google Map are available in Ultimate ROM and it works fine on ELF as well. If you do not need these applications, you may try Premium Version.

3. All ATHAR ROMs are ELF ready.

I think that ROM (1.5 Ultimate) is to light and faster, but I´m facing problem after configure my Outlook EXCHANGE SERVER Acount; I cannot dial to my contacts (all stored on the Outlook Account)!!

2.Audio Manager works but has a UI problem - overwrites playlist items.
I am using elfin(IPL 3.10 HSPL 3.10 cmonex). This rom is quite stable and functional. Good effort.

Hello Chathar, you rom is very stable on my Elfin, great work!!!!

But i have a few problem with your rom...

i used the 1.5 Extreme, i finish download the athar 1.6 but i have no time to flash my elfin now....

The StK service not exist!

without this service enabled, I can use all functions of the simcard from my operator, I am from Honduras and use the company Tigo, I had problems with connections wizard too, but I solved by installing another more updated wizard connections

that's my only problem, the rest runs wonderfully ...

I ask you something: I need the cab of the microsoft Office 2010 that you used, because that includes the powerpoint 2010

1.Weather update works fine on main tab
2.Audio Manager works but has a UI problem - overwrites playlist items.
I am using elfin(IPL 3.10 HSPL 3.10 cmonex). This rom is quite stable and functional. Good effort.

can u share the updated Connections Wizard, so that i could add the same in ROM?

Applies on 1.6 and earlier versions.

I have another problem with the rom, install the 1.6 athar rom last night, but it seems the M2D does not work
I only worked one time, then just freezes ...

try to reinstall but did not work ... any solution? It took me some time to reinstall everything back on my phone and I do not like having to apply a hard reset

I only have this to report, the rest is excellent

Also, most importantly, how is threaded messaging in this? In Onyx's builds it's very slow and buggy, esp. with many messages.

hope u r not using it on ELF, M2D is very much resource hungry application and will not load if does not have free memory available.

Dear, this Build 28232, the most recent one and obviously better than previous builds. still, threaded sms is heavier than normal sms screen as it has to load all previous sms altogether.
