As for using the Rashr tool, I couldn't get v2 to boot if writing the recovery through it, so I recommend using the Z's procedure (w/ fastboot) for safety, but your mileage may vary.
thanks for the fast answer,
i probebly didnt ask the question good,
i ment to ask how could i know if the image file is V1 or V2?

i see that the recovery file is V2 (it is in the name file)
but in the CM file (the base image of the KK444) its not mentioned "V2" , so is it V1 ?

is my question more clearly now?

The file you mentioned has the release date on it. The v1 was released on august, the v2 appeared on sept (which seems to be what you have). Not very intuitive, but then, once again, the matching files are inside the respective Olympus_Kitkat.zip and Olympus_Kitkat_v2.zip. The maintainers of this forum are quite picky about this kind of Q & A happening in a development thread, but I'll excuse myself for the answer part as the initial thread doesn't point to the (correct) forum, if there's one

By any chance might there be a work around this problem and is anyone else experiencing this problem? Thanks in advance

For those tombstones with

#01 pc 00000c83 /system/lib/libstagefrighthw.so (android::NVOMXPlugin::~NVOMXPlugin()+22)
#02 pc 00000ca1 /system/lib/libstagefrighthw.so (android::NVOMXPlugin::~NVOMXPlugin()+4)
#03 pc 00010b97 /system/lib/libstagefright_omx.so (android:MXMaster::clearPlugins()+54)

is 'fixed' by Timduru's hotfix and will be released in V3

, for those tombstones with

09-14 22:34:39.988 10452 10457 I dalvikvm: threadid=3: reacting to signal 3
09-14 22:34:40.248 10452 10457 I dalvikvm: Wrote stack traces to '/data/anr/traces.txt'

IS NOT FIXED yet...
