Mine just tried to update also. I froze the processes in TB and all seems to be well.

Same here, did you ever fix it? It fails and says "Installation interrupted"

I still need someone to help me solve this issue that me and this other person are experiencing, since I still can't update...

Default Help me kill this update

My phone asked me to do the update and I said "postpone". I then went and renamed localfota.apk file and turned off the Samsung Push.apk.

My Notifications is now showing and entry that says "Device Management" New update postponed.

How can I kill it? I think the file is already downloaded and the phone is waiting to install it. Anyone know what the file is named and where it is located?

it's somewhere in the /cache/ folder and will end in .cfg
IIRC, its somewhere between 50-60 MB.
Sent from my Samsung Galaxy SIII on AT&T having lost my IMEI only once....so far...

Thanks... I was able to download an app called Quarrantine and freeze the AT&T Software Update app which is the bad guy.
