Hi! I bought an unlocked HTC One M8 in Italy (CID HTC__405). LTE is not working. I'm in Argentina and carriers use bands 4 and 28. The thing is that I read a little guide that came inside the box, and realised that the phone only have bands 3, 7, 8 and 20. So, I found this thread: http://xdaforums.com/galaxy-s5/general/how-to-add-rf-lte-frequency-bands-to-t2886059 and this one too: http://xdaforums.com/verizon-htc-one-m8/general/lte-band-7-2600mhz-finally-guide-t2992523

I could get my phone recognised by QLST and QXDM, but when I write the new values to 6828 and 6829 and reboot my phone, the values remain like the old ones. I'm right now at SUPERCID and S-OFF. I don't know what to do, please help me!

I want to share also that the original value is 524484, this is 10000000000011000100, that according to the guide means that enabled bands are 2, 6, 7 and 19, and not 3, 7, 8 and 20. So this suggests that band 1 should be position 0 instead of position 1, like the thread says.

I hope you guys can help me,
Thanks!
Lucas

Is your device on lollipop?

Hi,

I have the same problem.
After the reboot restores the "factory" settings section.
Identical in Section 1877 - written 0 by QXDM later 2307813334319039360 by RF NV Manager and after a reboot returns the value 82314112.
Sections 6828 is the value of 65544, which returns after a reboot
In 6829 sections can edit the value. After the restart does not change, but it does not change anything. I do not have LTE band 3. :(

SGH-I497 , rooted, JB 4.1.2 AT&T
Any ideas?
