I don't have much more ideas. The only thing you can try is relock the bootloader and flash the firmware.zip, which will hopefully fix your phone.
From an update and then on it doest boot stuck on htc logo reboots and then back again !! I have done nothing more but unlocking my bootloader a haven't got any further! Could please give me a guid on how to do it and were to find firmware.zip.

Okay i get it i have found and read the thred but i didn't saw a link on to downloading the ota ? the whole zip file !! Were can i get it from .

I have fixed my problem now boots normaly !! I have done it by booting the firmware.zip and everything is okay now thanks you very much for everything
