I don't know why I'm not getting this but it's still not working for me. The program is stuck on Press any key to continue when I select that it's in Android and I want to flash the TWRP recovery to the phone.

Where are you getting your recovery IMG file from? Are you putting it in the adb folder? Read this thread....

Per TWRP site...

I've got all of the files in the correct folders after reading the instructions for this program and other programs that required the adb and fastboot files and the drivers but still for some odd reason it is not recognizing my device. The only screens that function on my phone are the HBOOT and the FASTBOOT screens. I have moonshine S-OFF and my HBOOT version is 1.33.4444, Radio version is 1.01.04.0308. The only thing I can thing of as to why my phone won't let me flash a recovery or even be recognized by my computer is because the USB debugging wasn't checked before the OS was erased. If thats the case, am I stuck with an inoperable phone?

Try a different computer or USB port.
