Default Power button broken. How can I boot up?

Hey all,

My power button is broken. It was weak for a very long time and finally stopped responding entirely.

My battery drained and shut off on my way home from work.

How can I boot it back up?

I've got ADB/Fastboot and the phone's drivers installed. When the phone was on, ADB had no problem detecting it. But with the phone off, Windows says it's an unrecognized USB device, and ADB can't find the device.

Is there a way to get ADB to connect to the phone while it's powered off? Is there an alternate way to boot up my phone with neither the power button nor ADB?

With the phone off, when you plug it in to power or PC, it uses the recovery partition. Sounds like you have driver issues of it doesn't recognize. Hopefully you don't have TWRP, it would not accept adb reboot command for me.
