xt925 is DEAD?!

Hi kokinator02,
i've tried (via console) all commands, executed in order how RSD Lite does.
I've tried:
fastboot flash partion partition_signed
fastboot flash sbl1 sbl1_signed
etc
For all i've same errors:
Failed to flash ...
FAILED (remote failure)

I've tried also use RSD Lite, but only with Jelly Bean UK version

but below result:

I have the CEE France retail and another one I presume it's the Brazil retail. Both from the KDAW20.117 firmware -that's the first KK update-

anytime man, you will revive your xt 925, no doubt. If my xt 925 wasnt missing buttons, I would have rsd orange and got you the OTA. With nandorid backup , this would have been just a matter of 10 min tops.

gotta get those orange uk gpt and tz from 4.4.2 ota,that is the key. Can any1 rsd orangE uk and catch OTA?

What is needed to do this? What are the steps to withdraw gpt and tz files from a xt925 receiving an OTA update?

Not much, once xt 925 is flashed with orange 4.1.2,u let the ota download.
Chose to install later. Go to system/cache, there will be the ota, of course need to be rooted. Then copy to pc, unrar the zip and extract gpt and tz. Can be done on phone to with xplorer

As far as I know, online external storage of stock ROMS (sbf droid developers) has been shut down, I don't know exactly where you can find a neat orange uk 4.1.2.
Did you try to flash back to Orange uk 4.1.2?
