Hello,

Recently updated Android to 4.1.2 from 4.0.4 and it now drains the battery about twice as fast.
Also features that I regularly used have been removed (stopwatch, shortcuts for mobile data and wifi).

I found this site had firmwares: sbf.droid-developers.org/phone.php?device=10
is that site legit?

Is it as simple as downloading the firmware from that site and flashing it with a utility?
Just worried about bricking etc...

Cheers!

No. You cannot downgrade once you've updated, you are stuck with 4.1.2
