Hello,
I've ASUS TF101G Android 3.2.1

Which I'm trying to root, I read almost everything on google but no method cannot help me to get it rooted
the tablet is 3.2.1 custom version however it is NOT sim locked on operator. I also cannot seems to update it to 4.

I need some help step by step as I believe there is something which prevents me to get it rooted

thanks in advance for any help!

Easyflasher to flash TWRP recovery
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1688012

Then use a supersu zip in recovery to root

Personally I would flash TWRP Recovery then flash KatKiss #30 ROM (KitKat 4.4.4) which is already rooted

I'm posting this second time today and it's almost like I'm advertising it, but anyway, try Baidu Root: https://app.box.com/s/pyehf9fh4xem3hy50dot
EDIT: The app has built-in su access management, but I'd recommend installing SuperSU from the Play Store.
