Lollipop okay "but the camera does not work."
In my ELIFE e7 all running perfect, just missed the camera's 16MB that this handset is very good. Recalling that on my device just swirled lollipop ROMs, 6.0 did not pass the boot with logoripo Gionee smartphone.
I hope the developer make a Lollipop with the camera running and everything is perfect.

U2 is a variant of E7, there are others variants like Blu life pure Xl from USA or Discovery Elite from Turkey.

Hey, Can I flash frhatfrat's cm13 or omni 6 for u2 on my Gionee E7? I heard they are clones...
EDIT:
I searched on internet and realised they are not clones. However, can we port cm13 from u2 for e7 like several other ports such as miui?
And if we can, why are we not doing it?

please dont write again and again same errors.
how to flash rom:
1.flash our twrp 2.8.7.0 recovery (linked below)
2.make a full backup
3.make a full wipe (exclude sdcard)
4.then flash omnirom 5.1 zip
5.reboot system
wait a bit and now taste a bit lollipop
A suggestion from me: Dont forget to take backup for your stock rom and omnirom seperatly. with this you can easily back to your stock rom and back again to omni.

Please use twrp 2.8.7.0 otherwise you will get errors that i cant solve.

again its me. im very happy now because hardware video playback fixed i already tested this build online and offline video playback.its fully working guys. so close to stable rom.
