3g data slow with cm 12.1 (last update rom)

Hi guys, firstly i'm sorry for my english.
I have a problem with the 3g data on my lg g2 mini with cm 12.1.
The 3g data signal starts 20 second after my activation.

Is there any solution for this?

What system did you have before? I notice anything like that in latest build.

The last system that i had was android 5.0.1 but this problem verified also with android 4.4.

If you have this problem also in 4.4 and 5.0, it will be problem in your phone, no in rom.

I badly explained myself. The problem of poor signal 3g is with custom rom, because with the stock (4.0 / 5.0) there is no problem.
