Default LTE is not supported

In SM-7102 --- LTE is not supported
in SM-7105 --- LTE is supported

In INDIA, we have 7102, so just DUAL SIM Support, but no LTE

yes we may see the LTE icons in systemUI's of almost all androids (who aren't LTE supported).

this is because android is Open Source but it has a uniform Source code (AOSP)
this includes all icons, menus, data etc as it is available for all..

then,
its further the OEMs job to support the Hardware requirements.

eg. a low-end micromax device may not even have 3G then too in its systemUI has 3G icon in it.. beacuse it is directly compiled from source..
