The point is having an already F2FS compatible ROM that also supports CDMA and GSM in one single build rather than uploading one of each.

Convenience is key.

I pulled my GNex Toro out of the drawer to try f2fs after seeing great results with my 2012 N7. After spending most of the night searching I still can't figure out the correct recovery to use to update the partitions to f2fs. I flashed one that did have the option but it ended up being a maguro recovery and of course failed when I tried to flash a Toro ROM. Any chance someone could point me in the right direction?

I got my recovery issues figured out but when I flashed the ART build it booted fine but now my Toro thinks it is a Toroplus.

As long as CDMA works for you then you can just change the values regarding toroplus in the build.prop.

I will be setting up a ROM with CM11 Snapshot 8 which I read fixed issues with deep sleep and Google Services 5.0+

Also I'll adjust my script to detect also toro to fix the values required.

I may not place it into the script for convergence but call another script to getprop toro.

Cool.

The ROM feels really responsive and smooth. Will spend a little more time messing around with it later.
