@bigxie another thing is that when scrolling with contacts by using the right hand side bar thingy, a big line appears across the screen. Nothing disastrous, just another perk to look at.

What radio is everyone using with the 4.0.4 build? I still have XXKL1 but a few times today while the screen was off the cell signal completely dropped and came back a few seconds after I turned on the screen

Can anybody restore your google-account settings and apps after flashing the beta4?

edit: Also turning WLAN off/on takes longer as usual and seems to be freezing or not recognizing

that sounds like the signal loss on sleep issue - if it is it's a kernal issue not a radio issue, google's released a newer kernal, franco has the fix and there's a thread in general giving the fix (I don't have the time to find it atm)

The fix to the signal issue is in the kernel. JBQ confirmed that when he stated the only difference between IMM76D and IMM76I was the tuna kernel.

I included the latest experimental imoseyon kernel in b4 that has the fix from Google. However, if you've flashed a different kernel, you'll have to make sure the dev is including those patches.

No I haven't flashed a different kernel. Its the same imoseyon kernel that's in the rom. Not sure what it could be then. Its happened at least once or twice today as well

Bigxie:
Thanks for your recent upgrade, it's running smoothly for me, haven't found any problems.
The only thing is that when i wiped data to upgrade to your newest release i lost my undervoltage/overclocking settings.
Can someone provide a good combo for undervoltage/overclocking ?

This will probably be the last build I'm posting up for a few days while I work on adding some features, unless we find some other really severe bugs.

I don't know if it's a bug or a wrong setting coming from my setup but i can't uninstall applications from the launcher, after dragging it still shows me two options(normally uninstall/informations)but uninstall has been replaced by cancel..
cheers for the upgrade though!
thanks bigxie

A byproduct of updating to the latest Trebuchet source code it seems.

You can still uninstall apps from the homescreens by holding them over the remove area for a second or two. In the app drawer, it's an extra step, under info, there will be an uninstall option.

It was a design choice by the CM team. I'm not quite sure if I agree or disagree.

The texture issue... the open gl thing... is that a display driver?

Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium

It was a bit more complex than that. The proprietary files were fine, but I had some conflicts that were causing some skia stuff to mess up.

Yeah! That's the same behavior here. Sweet find :)

I ask about the display because after flashing the updated apex the other day I started getting screen artifacts and corruption. Now my phone will not accept any kernel that goes over the stock 307mhz gpu speed. I'm not blaming your rom, but I'm trying to get back to where I was. I've factory reset and flashed other roms, but the problem remains. All that's left is to do a full wipe of the phone and start from scratch. If a graphic driver was the issue that will save me time. I'm going to flash the fixed version.

I found two problems but I'm not sure if this is just me. When I save/download a picture from the internet (wallpaper from interfacelift or something), it will download but when I preview it, it turns grey. The icon is normal but when I click on it grey squares eat the picture up.
A second is that when I connect my device to my car via bluetooth (to stream music), no audio comes out of the car. It worked fine on 4.0.3. When I turn off my car, the music plays off my phone but when I turn on my car, it says "streaming" and I can see the seconds pass on the song on my phone but no audio comes out from the car no matter how many times I turn up the volume.
I'll try again tomorrow but I doubt that it will change. I'm not sure if the picture one is just mine though

Other then that, I've loved this rom since I got my GNEX! Good work!

There's a severe issue with the dialer in 1.1.3. Thread has been reverted to 1.1.2 for the time being

    Happy Mother's Day!

This is a generally stock ROM with mods chosen to add to functionality without detracting from the Ice Cream Sandwich experience that Google envisioned. I built this ROM from AOSP, merged in mods from CM9, AOKP, Gummy, RootzBoat, and other ROMS, to create what I feel is a perfect mixture of stock feel and helpful customizations.

I had a lot of fun building, testing, and running this ROM. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do!

    Features

    • Built from AOSP source code - 4.0.4 IMM76I base
    • Stock look and feel with useful mods
    • Device specific control app (Galaxy Nexus Parts, Crespo Parts, etc) for low level adjustments
    • Customizeable Lockscreen (2-5 targets, custom targets, custom icons)
    • Customizeable Notification Pulldown Widgets
    • Customizeable NavBar w/ tutorial
    • Customizeable batteries (%, circle, bar, miui bar)
    • Customizeable Trebuchet Launcher with adjustable homescreen grid size
    • Advanced sound settings: quite hours, expanded volume control, unlink ringtone & notifications
    • T9 Predictive (smart) dialer w/ advanced settings
    • Built in CPU Perfomance Settings w/ voltage control
    • Facebook sync enabled
    • Quick unlock (toggleable, for PIN and Password lockscreens)
    • 3.0.31 imoseyon leanKernel 3.6.0
    • Advanced Power Menu w/ reboot and screenshot options
    • Rooted and busybox preinstalled
    • All apks deodexed/zipaligned/optimized

    Credits
    • Google: for creating ICS and the AOSP
    • birdman: for CMDA build, proprietary files help, helping me fix camera effects
    • kejar31: APM, auto restore fix, and more
    • CyanogenMod: Trebuchet launcher, back button app killer, T9, lockscreen, navbar, and more
    • paulobrien/romanbb: facebook sync fix
    • romanbb: volume controls, volume wake, and more
    • rascarlo: custom boot animation and wallpapers
    • imoseyon: leankernel source code
    • jrummy16: Performance settings
    • xoomdev: clock controls and more
    • syaoran12: customizeable batteries, miui bar, and more

And anyone I may have missed, thank you!

    Instructions

    • Wipe data and cache! Just wipe cache and dalvik if coming from Apex 1.1.x
    • Flash ROM file
    • Flash GAPPs file immediately afterwards, prior to rebooting (also if you are updating!).
    • Reboot
    • Profit

    Quirks
    • Battery types sometimes don't change (just toggle back and forth until it does)
    • MIUI battery bar requires a screen toggle (on/off) to update after an orientation change
    • Yes, lockscreen and navbar settings SHOULD be under UI Customization, but I am lazy and cut some corners. Shh!

    Things to be aware of
    • If Facebook picture sync is not working after contacts have synced, please clear the application cache and data, sign in again, and it will sync.
    • Please allow the phone some time to sync initially (calendar, picasa, bookmarks, etc.)
    • If market auto restore gets stuck, a reboot should fix it

I'm syncing up tonight. Hopefully, I can make progress getting Apex updated to 4.0.4 this weekend.

I realize it's been almost 2 months without an update. Sorry, I've been busy/lacking motivation. Gapps update errors are due to older apps having different signatures, I guess. The plan is with the update, to switch over to the "official" gapps maintained by goo-inside.me

This will probably require a full wipe though. Anyways, I'll drop by the thread later when some progress has been made. Fortunately, from what I've been discussing with some other devs, it doesn't seem to be TOO much work. I guess I'll find out soon enough.

Many thanks to everyone still sticking around :D

    I'm alive!

I plan on implementing the customizeable softkeys, and hopefully getting that damn torch toggle working. Also, the T9 dialer has been fixed (no more slowdowns and crashes). I also plan on updating the gapps package to include the newest Google apps (and fix that YouTube updating issue).

Just need some free time, hopefully next week. Thanks for being patient!

I just built a new battery mod for version 7. Flash with CWM.

Hit the "Thank you" button after downloading. That's the only thing I ask for.
