Ya I didn't have the problems people were saying at all. Running 700 only, no, using cpuspy I could easily see my phone was using various frequencies. However when I read their posts they said nothing about using other kernels just this one. The problem I have with the kernel that hasn't been said is the Google not staying signed in. I've flashed this rom a few times now just for curiosity sake and it's the same thing. When phone sleeps and wakes the bars are grey. I hope this gets fixed in later releases since I know other kernels have long since rid themselves of this problem. Trinity and Franco both seem to be able to stay signed into Google so I'm running Franco right now but hope that down the road I can just stick with the provided kernel because it does run well aside from this issue.

I was not aiming at ur issue in particular, i was just talking generally mate.. i do hope u manage to fix ur issues and enjoy this rom to the fullest ;)

not sure if this is related but last night (before I just decided to reboot the phone)

whenever I turned my screen off, then cut it back on , my phone was set to Vibrate. This was happening all day yesterday. It stopped since the reboot.

I don't use bluetooth, however I did have my headset connected

I use trinity kernel and app, if I don't mess with the performance settings built into the rom I don't get the 700mhz bug. It's been like this for me since it was released but if I do what i mentioned it never happens..

V3.5 is not very battery efficient.. tried trinity kernel, stock, faux, franco and glados...

how long are you testing these kernels? most people will tell you to run a kernel for at least 2 days before you can accurately judge battery consumption. kernels need time to settle in and build caches and such before they start running at optimal performance

hi,
with the original car dock by samsung, ich listen music through the aux port in my car radio.
all the music and sound of navigation goes through the car speakers.
but when i get an incoming call, the sound is routed through the phones speaker.
that's quite annoying.
i know, it's not a specific CNA problem but would anyone please consider fixing that?
i don't think it should be a big thing.
or does anybody have a workaround? - apps from the market like "Car Mode" or "Galaxy Dock Sound Redirector" didn't work out for me.
i'm at lates stable milestone franco kernel.

For all the people having battery draining issue or stability problem i suggest last air kernel stable relase (r3) with those settings:

min 230
max 1228
hotplug
min screen off 384
scheduler bfq
no undervolt or everything else modified, just stock

for a little boost:
startup tweaks: enabled
zipalign apks: enabled
sd boost:enabled 2048
sysctl: enabled
scheduled tasks: enabled
zram: 18%
Kernel samepage merging (KSM): enabled

Has the developer even responded to people about the CPU 700mhz bug? This ROM is amazing but seriously I hope this bug is fixed soon..

The majority do not have it. Those that do are just saying they do and not posting logcat, or kmesg, or anything to help identify it. These things are usually kernel issues, not ROM issues. How can a dev fix something when he has nothing to go on to isolate the issue?

    Mr. Dev. Regarding the GPU clock panel I have a suggestion for you:

    File f = new File("sysfs_path_gpu_clock_setting");
    if (!f.exists)
    gpuPreferenceName.setSummary("Your current Kernel doesn't support this functionality.");

    Problem solved and users stop wondering why my or other kernel without CM's kanged sysfs GPU interface show the option as greyed out and showing incorrect GPU clock (since without the interface the clock can't be read from the kernel driver).

    Thank you.
