I found a little problem using sim, and found solution on another ColorOs porting (for GalaxyS3) Link

Solution
if you want the SIM,you need to disable the sim pin settings.
For me ...IT WORKS!!

Please gtbluesky can I request you a solution to this problem.

This ROM is not great it's awesome...!! Certainly not the fastest one out there but it has so many options that it works better than any other MIUI I've tried in the past.
Has someone tried it with a different kernel? Any suggestions...?
By the way, I haven't been able to log into gmail with mail application installed, anyone else with that problem?

Keeps going well paired with nova launcher, not a single FC in 2 days and the lag is almost non existent. Torch issue solved with HD widgets.

This is the first ROM that I have seen that when I look at it I think "This is a custom ROM". Most of the others seem to focus on just adding lots of settings. I am pleased that there is at least one ROM that is customising the GUI.
Unfortunately, it is unusable for me

On first boot it is all in Chinese!
What do each of the buttons say?
First boot screen

I first pressed the green button which took me to what might be a login screen, all in Chinese too.
I then managed to go back and press the white text at the bottom right. This might a "Skip" link because it took me to the homescreen where it was in English.

However, lots of it is still in Chinese.
e.g. there seems to be a Chinese Market as well as Play.
"Ovoice" (voice control?) has all the descriptions in Chinese.
Some of the themes have English names but a lot still have Chinese characters.
There is a "ColorOS" app that I am not sure what it does because it is all in Chinese.

I'm not sure now how to connect to my Google account.

I flashed the miui gapps that were mentioned in one of the other earlier posts but it is missing several Google apps.
I haven't had it long enough to see if the lack of KitKat (and thus lack of deep sleep) impacts the battery.

And lastly I can't get network data.

All in all, I was very impressed but disappointed that I couldn't use it day to day for the reasons above.

Hi, I tried to install it, I wiped everything except Internal Storage and then I flashed it and I've got this error:

E: Error executing updater binary in the zip '/sdcard/ROM/ColorOS_GN_140516_gtbluesky_4.2.zip'
Error flashing zip '/sdcard/ROM/ColorOS_GN_140516_gtbluesky_4.2.zip'

How can I solve it? eheh

Apparently the Green one is Login and the Blue one is Register.
