how can i deal with notification drawer pulldown lag(sorry for my poor English

It's a bug present in almost every KitKat rom, and there's not a solution right now....

I've been hunting for a solution to that for a while now, and only a week back I found that it was due to the phone being set to vibration/silent mode. I'm not sure how it affects other gnexes but to get rid of the lag (completely, yes!), I had to turn up the volume (or simply not use vibration/silent mode, duh). It may have something to do with the status bar icon with those two. But let me know if this fix works for ya!. Cheers!

You can change it through any build prop editor

- New Slim Roms recents panel;
- Ability to switch between stock or slim roms recents panel (SystemUI restart is required);
- Smart Pulldown;
- Improved scrolling cache;
- Update UI guide lines (blue to holo);
- LatinIME: make secondary chars better visible at TRDS dark keyboard;
- Fix status bar clock actions;
- Frameworks: Ability to Enable/Disable Smart Wake covers ;
- Frameworks: Notification Reminder Interval && Fixes;
- SystemUI: Notification Reminder New Layout && Fixes;
- DownloadProvider: Add transfer speeds in notification;

- Keyboard: toggle to enable/disable fullscreen on landscape
- Keyboard: force autorotation on IME
- Keyboard: force to show always enter key
- Browser - blue to grey browser's progress bar (follow new kitkat UI);
- Browser - fix browser blue textfield;
- Connection manager (TeloRadio);
- Slim recent with option to show in left side and switch sizes (100, 85 and 70%);
- Slim recent add favorite mode (click on app icon in recent panel to choose as favorite);
- Reverted SlimRoms location tile and switched with new CyanogenMod one;
- Live volume steps;
- Custom navbar recent long press (none, last app, screenshot, kill app, notifications panel, QS panel, power menu);
- Option to enable notifications light with screen on;
- Removed Google revert lookup;
- Added people lookup settings;

no it's not , maybe it comes back but not at this point cause it's giving me to much compiling errors and i don't notice a real difference, maybe in benchmarks but who cares

You can add only -O3 optimizations I think it will not giving errors and IMO phone runs a little bit faster. I experienced that on Dreams ROM that is CM based and has -O3 optimizations.
