Default F2FS on Galaxy Nexus?

The Moto G is using what is essentially a MicroSD card as it's permanent storage, yet achieving incredible I/O performance thanks to F2FS.

The Galaxy Nexus has come a long way, and Kit Kat is breathing some new life into our devices. Any speculation on what moving to F2FS might mean for the Galaxy Nexus in terms of I/O perf? Is it a possibility?
