It works perfect did it whit my yakjuxw phone boght from komplett. and its 4.0.2 yakju now
You'll still need to unlock the bootloader, but as soon as we have the filename we'll be able to grab the file directly and update using this method: http://www.androidcentral.com/how-manually-flash-ota-your-galaxy-nexus
Why wait when you can download the factory image (from here) and then just execute
Plain and simple.

My UK GSM Galaxy Nexus is still stuck on 4.0.1, perhaps they are rolling out updates slowly.

Just downloaded the files, doing a nandroid backup now in case this messes with my settings/apps/data, will try this method and report back.
So I'm not crazy that I can't find 4.0.2 for my phone? Nice.

When you say execute , what do you mean? Do i open ODIN and just put that tar file in the pda section and then run? If so Do i need to click repartition?
I dont want to install the clockwork mod so would the odin method work?
Will this void my warranty?

Dont put the tar file in odin or check re partition, you will brick your phone, those commands must be done through fastboot, its really simple and takes about three minutes in total

I accepted the download, it downloaded. Then it said, cannot install as battery too low, connect charger. No problem. I connected the charger and the "restart and install" button appeared. Great.
I hit it. Phone restarted as per normal. 4.0.1. No updates available. Your phone is up to date. It looks like its dropped through the cracks somewhere. Or maybe it is waiting for my phone charge to reach a certain charge percentage before actioning the ipdate. Maybe 75% charged or somethingi n case there was a power failure or something.1
It downloads to /cache. You could try to manually boot into recovery and install the update from there (assuming it's still in /cache) and you are running the stock recovery.1
Given that it's flagged by IMEI I doubt this was in error.
JBQ also posted factory images for 4.0.2 for Maguro/Tuna - then stated this was only done for builds heading to consumers.1
