CM11 M9 + Fancy 53.
Cm11 because it's constantly updated to the latest source and very stable.
Fancy because makes my phone lagfree and smooth.

Smile Dirty Unicorns

Hi there. I am total newbie in this forum so pardon me for my primitive language

ROM: Dirty Unicorns

For the 1st time after two years, I rooted my GNex a few days ago and a friend suggested the Dirty Unicorns v7.8 ROM (Kit Kat 4.4.4)

I have been using it since and didn't think of changing to any other ROM as this one offers the most rich customizations and great stability. Also, my phone's battery life has improved considerably. Heating while playing games is also negligible now.

Kernel: Sorry, I don't know anything about custom Kernels so I guess I am using the stock one itself.

Galaxy Nexus: I just installed Dirty Unicorn - very nice step up from stock Jelly Bean
HTC Desire Z: I'll be putting PureKat on this and playing with it a bit before giving it to a friend. It's been so long since I've used this phone (and the battery is dead) that I don't recall which ROM I have on it.

It's interesting that SlimKat is so popular.

I am using the CM remix which has a lot of nice features that i haven't found on many roms (quiet hours, notification center (halo, headsup, active display) , battery saver, etc.
Anyway, i used to use the Mpokang v10 SuperRAM-4.4 kernel which seems to speed up the device but now with the latest version of the rom, the system is already smooth so using the stock kernel bk14-pgm which comes with the rom.
