Unhappy [Q] Accidentally wiped internal storage in TWRP

I was flashing a AOKP rom and I accidentally wiped all the internal storage. Now I have no rom to flash and because it it a Samsung Galaxy Nexus, I can not simply use an sd card. I been trying to mount it on my computer but it simply doesn't connect to my PC. I have read around that I have to flash back to stock. If anyone has any idea on what to do, please help. This is urgent.
