Default [Q] e: unknown volume "/sdcard/.android_secure"

First of all: original stock 4.3 onboard.
Only modification done: CWM recovery installed via fastboot.

When doing a factory format in CWM i get the following messages:

Code:
Select Code
formatting /data
formatting /cache
formatting /sd-ext
formatting /sdcard/.android_secure
E: unknown volume "/sdcard/.android_secure"
Data wipe complete
Is this (e unknown volume "/sdcard/.android_secure") something wrong or what?

Also, when I go in "Install zip > choose zip from /sdcard" I get the following entries:
- 0/
- legacy/
- obb/

When clicking on "obb" or "legacy" nothing happens. Why is this so, and, is it ok this way?

That's normal for the gnex file system structure. And yes for the second question. Just select 0 for the sdcard.

Even on other phones, if you don't have any apps moved to the internal storage, you have nothing to worry about.

Current devices:
Google Nexus 4 (CM11 Nightly)
Sony Xperia SP (CM11 Nightly)
Google Nexus 7 (2013, WiFi) (CM11 Nightly)
Samsung Galaxy Gear (Null_ Build 23)
HTC Incredible S (CM11 Unofficial)
Nokia N97-1 (RM-505 22.0.110 Pre-Hacked)
