Some background:
OS: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
fastboot devices command returns successfully with serial number of phone and saying attached.
The problem if I run anything other than fastboot devices it hangs at waiting for phone until manually stopped by pulling USB plug.
I can run any fastboot command I want and it will run. The thing about it is I have to run
sudo ./fastboot oem unlock for example. Every time I want to run a fastboot command it must be sudo ./fastboot whatever command. Is there a way for me to get around this?
Edit adb works fine I can run adb anything and it will run without needing sudo ./adb devices
