1. Buying and using a Nexus phone usually means you have some basic Android knowledge (or at least know what your phone is!), but as you requested help for Nexus 4
in a Galaxy Nexus

2. Hmm, your toolkit only says "An Error Occurred" and halts, leaving you no idea where the error occurred. That's why you probably should try to settle with fastboot, adb and other powerful command-line tools. Unlike toolkits, they are step-by-step and are likely to tell you where the errors are.
