Nothing gets written on my GN

Hello

i got a cheap galaxy nexus yesterday and i tried to bring it back to stock, because the CM version used on the phone doesnt work. I boots and after a minute i reboots...

So i tried to flash the orginial Software via fastboot and odin. Both said it was completed but nothing changes. Still boots in Cyanogen. Does anybody have an Idea how to get back to stock with it?

I have one just like it . Bad eMMC chip . That's the classic main indicator .
