the ".apk" after framework-res is too much, since it refers to the directory name. try this:

I updated the Framework with Exodus assets. As flashing the Navbar, reverted some of the Exodus theme.

Galaxy Nexus GSM: AOKP B23 and Black Exodus Release 4.4
